The house is designed with modern intervention where the dialogue between the spaces and activities revolves around the courtyard, which we refer to as the heart of the house. The house is divided into two masses connected via a central courtyard, one side consist of private spaces and the other with semi private. The house plays with volume of spaces with double height entrance and living areas. The design exhibits gentle transition of spaces from indoors to outdoors. The house is endowed with bright, voluminous and airy spaces with well-designed outdoor landscaping that bring out a tropical and contemporary charm to the house.
